Je t'aime (I Love You)

Today, Douglas surprised me with this Willow Tree figurine. Ever since we've been married we have collected them. This one is beautiful and different! It is one of the newest ones. I love how the body has all the different markings on it. By far my Favorite!!
It is called

Je t'aime (I love you)

In any language, it's you I love

Holt Basketball

Since November, Douglas has been playing on a basketball league with my two Brothers, two Brothers in Law, and my Cousins. This last Monday was their last game of the season. It really was a lot of fun to watch them all play together and Fun to see their competitive personalities come out! All of us Wives and Kids would come and root for them! We seriously filled up half the bleachers compared to the other teams. They did pretty well for it being their first season together. They got 3rd out of 9 teams total, and my cousin Tyson had the highest score for points made within the season and league. Pretty Cool I think! I'm glad that they were able to do this. It's a way to get them involved with each other and to also stay in shape!! Can't wait for next season to start!

Update on Grandma

Grandma Holt is doing much better than last I wrote. Her percentages of oxygen were much higher than they had been, so they took her out of ICU about a week ago. She could have stayed longer in the hospital, but there was an opening at a Nursing Home of some sort where she could be lots more comfortable while getting her strength back. So now, she will be there for some time where they can watch her and make sure she's doing ok. I am so grateful that She is doing well and continue to pray that she'll be able to go home soon!!

Prayers for Grandma

My Grandma Holt is in the Hospital and got admitted to the ICU a few days ago. She has pneumonia and is not doing very good with her Oxygen levels. I had a dream the other night that she passed away. It scared me so much! I mean, I have known both my Grandparents to always be healthy and involved with every family event. It just scares me to think that her body isn't what it used to be and that she IS getting older. I've never wanted this time to come! I'm of course hoping she and my Grandpa will be here for 10+ more years, but you never know! Same with my parents too. My Mom was just in the hospital last week due to a blood clot in her lung and not doing well with her medication. Both of them don't take care of themselves like they should be. I worry about them all the time. My Mom is doing much better since she's been out though! I just hope she strives to continue down the path she's going. I just hope and pray that everything will turn out for my Grandma. Please have her in your prayers for me!

Fun with Animals!

Yesterday, we had lots of fun with the kids! My work had a Sea World Day, where they brought in different animals from the park in California. My kids LOVE animals, so I thought it'd be fun to go! My Mom, Trisha, Taunie, as well as their kids, came too. After, we just couldn't get enough, so we decided to go to Wheeler Farm and visit the animals there! We had a blast feeding the ducks, milking a cow, and visiting all the other animals there. Here are some fun pictures of the day!

Here are some pictures of our Easter. We had a way good time with the Family, having an Easter Egg Hunt for the kiddos, eating the YUMMIEST Sugar Cookies, and just hanging out and playing games. My Mom had just gotten out of the hospital too, and is doing very good! She's striving to be the Mom we know and Love! I hope she continues to do her best in staying healthy!
